Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture high-quality bespoke furniture and joinery components from technical drawings.
  • Work with a variety of hardwoods, veneers, and sheet materials.
  • Assemble and finish cabinetry to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in quality and processes.
  • Report directly to the Workshop Foreman and provide accurate and timely manufacturing forecasts to support production planning.

What we’re looking for  

  • Proven experience as a cabinet maker in a high-end joinery or furniture environment.
  • Excellent woodworking and joinery skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC cutting lists.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for craftsmanship and pride in producing exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and finish bespoke joinery and furniture components.
  • Mixing of paints, stain matching and lacquering to achieve desired finishes.
  • Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped, sanded, and cleaned before spraying.
  • Maintain a clean and safe spray booth and finishing area.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency, quality and an excellent finish.
  • Work closely with the spray shop manager and production team to meet project. deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of materials and finishes used.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a sprayer in a high-end furniture environment.
  • Skilled in applying a variety of finishes including clear lacquer, paint, and stain.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a spray shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Managing high-end residential joinery projects, ensuring seamless execution from design through to installation.
  • Working closely with clients, architects and designers.
  • Conducting regular site visits to oversee installation, resolve issues and ensure quality control.
  • Planning and allocating resources effectively to meet production targets and delivery expectations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

What we’re looking for

  • At least five years’ experience as a Project Manager, working within the high-end joinery sector.
  • Autocad experience is essential.
  • Happy to travel to project sites throughout the country and sometimes overseas.
  • Thorough knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes, materials and installation methods.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, including budgeting, scheduling and procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

    • Program and operate CNC machinery to produce precision joinery components.
    • Interpret CAD drawings and create CNC programs using Homag WoodWop software.
    • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure seamless workflow.
    • Maintain and calibrate CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure components meet exacting specifications.
    • Identify and implement improvements to machining processes and production efficiency.
    • Uphold health and safety standards within the workshop environment.

    What we’re looking for

    • Proven experience in CNC programming and operation within a joinery or woodworking. environment, preferably from a making background.
    • Proficiency in CAD software with a strong understanding of technical drawings.
    • Experience with Homag CNC machines and WoodWop software (highly desirable).
    • In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, tooling, and machining techniques.

      The Role

      You will work across a variety of high-end residential projects, collaborating closely with project managers, production teams, and workshop staff. Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate client and manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Produce detailed 2D drawings of bespoke furniture using AutoCAD.
      • Create comprehensive production drawing packs and templates for manufacturing.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy across all departments.
      • Manage your own workload with a hands-on, proactive approach.
      • On occasion you may be asked to conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and support the design process.

      What we’re looking for

      • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
      • Background in furniture making or bespoke joinery.
      • Proficient in AutoCAD with a strong portfolio of technical manufacturing drawings.
      • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Strong understanding of luxury furniture production methods and materials.
      • Confident communicator with high levels of numeracy and literacy.
